Well, it just came to me that our Lord uses both kinds of leadership roles. He use expressive leadership, he cares the feeling of each group member, and concerns our comments. At the meanwhile, he uses the instrumental leadership. The end of our day on the earth, he will show us his check list to see what had been done and all the details. That’s really interesting.
